RESTRUCTURATION AND PARTIAL RENOVATION OF THE ORLEANS BIODIVERSITY AND ENVIRONMENT MUSEUM
Compliance with the energetic criteria of the “Contrat Régional de Solidarité Territoriale” (CRST) of the Val de Loire agglomeration
The renewed identity of the museum shows a will to protect each form of life, and rethink links between townscapes and landscapes, in order to stimulate awareness towards contemporary environmental stakes. Existing apparels are withdrawn in order to show the concrete structure off. We designed an overall shell which shelters a whole new ecosystem, a vertical high urban greenhouse pairing plants and architecture.
